Right of withdrawal

This policy applies to gift cards you buy through this website (a distance contract). Gift cards you buy directly from us at the restaurant carry no statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

Meeting the deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Balance already redeemed

If you redeemed the balance in whole or in part before your withdrawal reached us, you owe compensation for the value of the service already received. In that case we refund the balance that was unredeemed at the time of withdrawal; the redeemed part is set off against the refund. A fully redeemed gift card is not refunded.

Your right of withdrawal as such is unaffected by this: it exists even if the gift card has already been partly redeemed.
