How long is the gift card valid?
It carries no printed expiry date. The statutory period of three years applies, counted from the end of the year in which you bought it.
Can I redeem it over several visits?
Yes. Partial redemption is possible, and the remaining balance stays on the same code.
Does it apply to the lunch menu as well?
Yes, it applies to everything we offer, including lunch from Tuesday to Friday, 12 – 15. There is no minimum order value.
When does the code arrive?
By email right after payment. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I pass the gift card on?
Yes, it is transferable. Forward the email or print the voucher. Whoever presents the code can redeem it.
Is VAT shown?
No. This is a multi-purpose voucher, so VAT only arises when it is redeemed.
